The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the world's largest voluntary health agency dedicated to blood cancer. The LLS mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. LLS funds lifesaving blood cancer research around the world and provides free information and support services.
The Security Traders Association is the leading organization for trade industry professionals and works to improve the ethics, business standards, and working environment for its members. The Chicago affiliate (STAC) is comprised of 600+ industry members and promotes professional development, provides a platform to connect with industry leaders, along with serving its Chicago community through the STAC Scholarship Fund.
Over the past ten years, the STAC Scholarship Fund has awarded over $425,000 in college scholarships to deserving Chicagoland students and has made grants to various charitable institutions including: After School Matters, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital for Research, The Night Ministry of Chicago, The Blackhawks Foundation, and Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
